History

Since the founding of the company in 1977, we at Dura-Carb have been dedicated to providing top quality carbide tooling products to the metal forming industry. Dura-Carb specializes in the manufacturing of carbide die components and precision carbide centerless grinding. For over thirty years, the emphasis has been on the production of precision die components…punches, ejectors, quills, pilots and bushings for a wide range of stamping and forming applications, including precision carbide centerless grinding.

Dura-Carb actively assists its customers in minimizing downtime by maintaining a large stock of finished and semi-finished blanks, of both inch and metric punches and bushings in many grades, in its inventory. This gives us the ability to ship a wide variety of finished parts on short notice.

Quality control includes rigid inspection of the raw product…strict adherence to production requirements and gauging and inspection of the finished product before shipment.
